What Is 8011 H18 PTP Aluminum Foil?

PTP refers to blister packaging. The granule blister packs commonly seen on the market are made by heat-sealing PTP aluminum foil to a plastic blister forming film. 8011 alloy is aluminum-based with additions such as iron and silicon (about 98% Al, with the remaining ~2% mainly Fe/Si). Compared with pure aluminum foil, it offers better tensile strength and puncture resistance, making it more suitable for production and real-world use.
